I respect your perspective and the post had nothing to do with legitimate pre-board. However number one... The distance is the same if you pre-board or not. Perhaps boarding last would be much less stressful. Especially those who are triggered by large groups.
Two, shouldn't legitimate pre-boarders have issue and take up this fight with these fake ones? In fact Id say that would be a noble fight that YOU ARE invested in. Reduce the false ones because .....it only adds to your boarding times with all the false and preserve the sanctity. Don't expect the rest of us to ignore that on average 30 people pre-board and less than half have a real reason. I freak out and have anxiety when so many pre-boarders are taking my time being escorted on the plane while they walked around the terminal. Should my anxiety about pre-boarders make me pre-board?

Yea and shoplifters get some great deals too. You cheat those of us ( unlike you) who have money to board quick and keep their integrity. BUT you cheat the old lady or the vet who deserves to pre board before you. And Im sure you have no problem jumping right up in front of that Freeboard line and making granny wait . Life will catch up with you . It likely has already. You misery is well earned if nothing else in your life has been.

Well Ill tell you as a FACT they dont enforce service dog policy either. My points are simple. To anyone getting upset that we dare challenge the legitimacy of the flood of people FREE Boarding... You should be more mad than I at those cheating it. Its a growing majority .( Man if front of me yesterday free boarded then proceeded to occupy and had the nerve to hoard the seats in the exit row he didnt belong in. He said it was because hes tall. Secondly as that was the last time Ill pay 3 times the ticket price in order to choose an exit seat, I'm also in a growing group. Southwest already has more pre boarders ( on most flights) than they do A list. and WAY WAY more free boarders than business select. "Free boarding" was a term I just thought" South west will eventually see a revenue loss.

So when there's 50 line cutters .... Who decides which one of you need it more? And thats the way its heading . Pre boarders with all the excuses are more common than A listers or especially business select, at this point. The sweet old lady that SHOULD be gently taken to her seat now sits in line behind the big dummies and their companion. . And more are crawling out of the wood work to join your team. Eventually you will get pushed back enough that it no longer is pre board. OR.... Lets call it "free board". Everyone loves free. Instead of picking fights with people trying to maintain the sanctity of the program, think about those among you getting cheated out of one of the only 6 handicap seats. . Or keep cheering free boarders on, the pendulum will swing.

I respect/ thank you for your service however if you claim your PTSD should allow you to pre-board because "anxiety being around a lot of people" perhaps then you have no business being on a full plane. There will still be the same amount of people around you. Does that mean when they deplane you are a danger to yourself or others? I'm still not seeing how avoiding the inevitable will make a difference. Once b and c groups start coming on they pile in the isles as if it will move faster if you are chest to back. And yes even those comfortably sitting are suddenly crowded, So if you choose to fly you will be in crowds, unless YOU book first class on planes that separate the two.

Believe me...I stand there with an a-1 position most of the time HOPING i dont see abuse in preboard. BUT IT IS NEVER THE CASE. Old lady's with loving daughters etc... Im so OK with . But more than often while you stand and wait for preboard... you see them (unintentionally remember them) they are the same folks running around the car rental airport terminal etc.. with no problem. Grant it some MAY have a real condition... but lets be honest here. It is totally abused. "Floridaguy" is the poster child of misrepresenting and abusing system . And he/she/ it brags about it every chance he/she/ it gets.

I hope he/she calls mommy and shuts me down but in the mean time they take a look at he/shes account , the messages stating he/she pre-boards for no reason. The provoking childish rhymes (with the rare flights it affords.) Attorney fees would be less than 3 months of business select upgrades and could stop just one person from this uncivilized practice. Its a start. I just searched the problem this weekend following an irritating experience standing with A-1 ticket in my hand twice in a dual boarding trip . A DOG ( with a visually UNimpaired person) got on the plane before me not to mention very elderly needy veterans with legitimate preboard reason. NOT a service animal. A companion dog. That brought me to this forum to see he / she/ it florida brag for the last year they cheat the system and have the nerve to threaten more than one of us that he/she/it will report our legitimate objections/opinions as inappropriate. An apology ( and promise to stop the gutter style of traveling )from he /she Florida to all of us who pay or have legitimate handicap for our place on plane will be a start. I am not one to walk away.

Id argue your post about spelling , had nothing to do with a topic and was either harassment or a pathetic diversion of the hole you are dug into. Your historic taunting/provoking posts once looked at closely should only backfire on you. But go cry to mommy ( which you also have a history of) if you cant handle the fight you picked. For starters... If preloading is required it should be made at reservation time. Wanna get away fairs should be exempt. Wanna get away should be cheapest willynilly flights. Otherwise this begs the question if 50 "floridaguys" are all pre-boarding... who goes first? Eventually this will be the dilemma. People cheating the pre-board privilege will continue grow. The pustulate matter will be large enough that needed recipients are pushed to the back while popcorn eating leaches are in front. Decent people may still give their A list seat options to the needy people pushed out. Go back and read the floridaguy/thing posts... all taunt/ brag that he/she cheats us and does not relent.

People pay to sit where they want as well as people who require special seating are cheated and discussed by your existence. So brag on the fact you manipulate the system all you want. pdfelter , make no mistake, I have no problem with , and would give my seat up for legitimate recipients of this program. My problem , as the rest of us, are people who fake a need ( such as the floridaguy person (who made the original poem taunting us) people who think its ok sit in a wheel chair and tie up airport staff simply in order to board early. If I were you I would be more offended by those/that people than my response was to. There is no loss of dignity having a handicap. You loose your dignity pretending to have one to steal a benefit . Read that "floridathing" post he continually sings a stupid song bragging that he/she manipulates the system at all of our cost.

I paid for Business Select and was A-1 all four flights this week. Obviously, same old BS going on and I have reason to include myself in this forum. I built up status and flew SWA the past several years. So... What do other airlines with assigned seating do if passengers book late and decide they suddenly have qualifications to preboard? If indeed its a federal law to let them run the boarding process, can they walk on Delta and demand a seat be given to them already reserved because they have a companion pet ( not even service pet)? I cant imagine that. I have wrestless leg syndrome . I think I need to start boarding first and sit in first row instead of kicking the seat of the preboarder who has reclined in my lap. Why continue Business Select to sit in exit row just so I'm not reclined on?
