I completely agree. It is still my responsibility to maintain communication with SWA and the airport authority to find out if I keyed something incorrectly or, if there were other issues I might not have been aware of so it doesn't delay my start date; the HR contractor I am working with was very helpful with this as well.

Don't hold your breath. The recruiting process here fails to update candidates in a timely manner

I received one about 20 minutes after I submitted the application. If you got the confirmation page, you should be fine. Did it update in Workday under your candidate profile?

Hello, Back in August, I applied for the Aircraft Appearance Technician position; I was advised via email on 9/15 that applications were being reviewed and that they planned on letting me know something by 9/22. If I haven't heard from anyone does that mean they have already made their decision or, that the maximum capacity for the hiring class has been reached? Any assistance would be appreciated.
