Yesterday Dec 27 on flight 2319 from BWI to BUF a wonderful off duty flight attendant named Joy helped my elderly mom board and upon landing connect with Buffalo ground transportation. She went way above and beyond and singlehandedly calmed my anxious mom with her own calm and confidence. Thank you very much Joy!
