I book through Concur also for work and just went into my RR account under past flights and had the print receipt button for a flight booked through Concur and paid for by my company. Not sure why it would be consistent. I can't get the receipt on the phone AP, but it works on a computer / Chrome browser.

The promotions just randomly show up in your Rapid Rewards Southwest.com "My Account" page. You then have to register for them to be effective.

I had the same promotion. These bonus offers always take about 8 weeks to post. I would not anticipate getting the bonus points until the until the end of June.

I have experienced the same issue. If I search and book 1 room, I get bonus points. If I try to book 2 rooms at the same hotel on the same date, there are no bonus points at all. I usually book 1 room in my name and 1 room in my wife's name so we each end up with bonus points in our RR account. I once tried to make two separate reservations in my name for the same date and they ended up cancelling one as they thought it was a duplicate booking.

I have the same concerns regarding the calculation. I really think that I did not get any TQP for my credit card spend for the period that ended January 5, 2024. I had over $5,000 on that statement. When I look at the point activity for Tier Qualifying Points, nothing posts for the 1/5/2024 statement. All the other months the points post on that monthly statement closing and I can calculate the Tier Qualifying Points in relation to that monthly spend.
Technically, most of my 1/5/2024 spending was in December. However, that is never how the points have worked in the past. Points are credited to the month that the credit card statement. I had assume it was just delay due to the new program. However, now 3 plus months in, I don't think I am going to get any points for the January statement.
