some company can blocks some or most ports. thats why my IT guys told me. He told me make your VPN or encrypted traffic go through port 443 and it will be much harder to block, since its the port used by secured internet connections. there is more than that and its still possible to block vpn regardless of the ports, but maybe thats one way they do it.

It would be nice if the developers still allowed the app to work with iOS 9.X. I have an older iPad that still works great but Apple cut off updates at 9.3.5. I had the same problem with an older iPhone and iPod. It was extremely frustrating that I couldn't check in for a flight (or make a reservation) when the app no longer supported iOS 9. Understood that the world moves on, but there are still a lot of vendors that continue to keep older app versions active. It would be appreciated if Southwest did the same with their app.

A-List tier qualifying points are very limited. Essentially, they are only those earned through actual flying ("butt in seat"), plus the small amount earned specifically by the Premier Southwest Visa card. "A Member who has a Rapid Rewards Premier Card from Chase will earn 1,500 Tier Qualifying Points for every $10,000 in eligible net purchases on that card, up to 15,000 Tier Qualifying Points per year."
