I think this is a great idea but I am curious if any points earned under this program will count toward A List and Companion Fare (qualifying points). I am unable to tell from the announcement on the Webpage. Thanks

I have had similar issues getting points through Alamo Car Rental. The last time I got the points automatically was January 2019. I took 4 more trips since then and have had to follow up with SW. I eventually get the points but only after contacting both Alamo and SW. I am still waiting for the points from a rental in early January.

I have been seeing the same delay with Alamo. I booked a car in January and I got the points posted the day after I returned from my trip. A rental in April took until June to get my points. And I have yet to see my points for an October trip and way too early to even worry about points from t thanksgiving rental. All I know is something happened since January 2019. Very disappointed

I am a loyal SW recreational traveler and have been averaging 5 flight per year over the last 5+ years. I always do what I can to maximize the points earned and have gotten to Companion Fare status for the last 3 years. In mid April this year I took vacationed in Vegas for a week and rented a car from Alamo using the SW code 7016141on the Amao site which should earn me 600 bonus points. I have done this in the past and the point have posted within a week. This time I am going on 2 month and still no points. I am a bit frustreated becasuse SW says it is up to Alamo and contacty them and Alamo says they have sent the points and I need to contact SW. Has anyone else experinced this type of issue?

I am having the same issue and it has been going on for well over a week. Normally it would not be a big deal but I am tracking some missed RR Shopping points and would really like to see what is posting when. Hopefully it will be fixed soon...

With the increase in EB fee to $25 I fear there are going to be more of the seat savers. My wife and I travel on SW we both pay for EB Boarding. How is it fair to us that someone else only pays the fee for one party in their group and then saves seats.
