Tomorrow will be my last flight with SWA. I’m sad that we will have to stopped flying with SWA because of this policy. My husband and I are traveling around with our emotional support dog. I do have anxiety flying in the airplane. My ESA has been helping me a lot, going through international flight. Delta and United are the best for flying with pets even though if your pets are not ESAs.

Exactly. When I first heard about this, I was so excited because my kids could board up with me. Just flew with my companion husband and two small children and we have 3 different confirmation numbers even though we booked together. None of them could board with me A-16 and we were in all different groups. I don’t understand the benefit.

While I appreciate your response it really doesn't solve the problem of so many people taking advantage of pre board as a way to get a great seat. I would love if they boarded "with extra time" between A boarding and B boarding like families do. This would at least make it fair for those who paid more for their upgrades or for Business Select

There are so many errors these days. Even by Southwest standards, it's ridiculous. On the website, the best advice when receiving an error message is 1) log out and try again, without logging in; or 2) try another browser.
