Check in on mobile app not working

Hi, 

I am trying to pull up my reservation on the mobile out to change it but I keep getting this error message that saying “ Downstream service not found” with an error number. Does anyone know what this means? I have already deleted the app and reinstalled it but still getting the same error message. Everything else on the app works fine, its only when I pull up my reservations.

Don't know what the error means, but as an alternative you could bring up southwest.com on the phone's browser and try to check in that way.

No I don’t know what the error means but I googled it and I saw that other southwest members in the past have had the same issue. I also tried checking my ticket on the website with my same login ect. I still get the same error message.
