Delayed Flight in San Antonio

Wow!!! After multiple delays in San Antonio from weather in Atlanta, I was able to talk to Irma at Gate 13. She found a direct flight to phoenix for my party of 3. She took care of the baggage and nailed the customer service. Her employee # is 160014. Awesome service again from SWA.
