I booked a flight and have added the early bird check in, how long does it usually take to get the credit for the benefit on my Chase card?

 Chase's refund of the EB charge happens on the statement on which the EB charge appears.

I think you are thinking of the "Upgraded Boarding" which you can buy the day of the flight if it is offered - these are the remaining A1-A15 positions. 

If I'm thinking of the same Chase benefit it doesn't apply to EBCI.
