There are plenty of aviation geeks around.
However if you mean actually flying, then I agree with @dfwskier that it's quite an investment in time and money.
Its possible to rent time in an aircraft but the commitment to fly enough hours to stay fluent is a lot.
My father-in-law is a general aviation pilot and he would give me his plane, but I don't have time to do the training and upkeep.
Home airport MDW, frequent visitor to MCO to see the mouse.
