Hi,
I just got approved for the Southwest Premier Business card and it doesn't have my RR # listed on there. How can I confirm that the card is linked to my existing RR # account?

Assumng you havenot yet gotten your card, you'll want to call Chase as soon as you do get the card to verify that the bank has your RR # tied to that credit card.

hi,
i had the same issue. my business card came a few days after my personal and didn't have my RR linked (was blank).
I called Chase. they confirmed they had it on file on their end. I'm not sure why it wasn't printed on the card as well as i did list it during the application.
