viewing ticket

My BIL purchased tickets for my son and I using his air miles.  He sent me the email reservation with itinerary but there is no QR code.  How do I view the actual ticket?  Do I need his SW RR login?  Can I somehow view it using my RR account?

The flight is not until November 2024.

Good morning,

The QR code will be on the boarding pass, which you will be able to access 24 hours prior to the flight when you check in. Until then, you can view the reservation here using your confirmation # and passenger name.
