Is this an unpopular opinion? I am one of the statistics. I was a super regular with them my whole life. Big reason was because of cost. I then started flying other airlines in the last 10-15 years for work and realized I actually I liked picking my seat in advance among other differences and now haven’t flown Southwest in years for personal trips. This announcement will at least bring me back to take a look and see how it is implemented. Seats with more leg room is a big plus too
