If an employee initially selects the Benefits Plus Plan (Medical/Dental/Vision) can they move down to the Regular Plan within the same plan year?

Generally, during your open enrollment, once you have made your elected decision and the time period to make changes has passed, no you can not make any further changes until the next open enrollment period has begun.
