flight from Florida to Pittsburgh 

Non stop. 3 hour

 

 

Turned into

florIda to Raleigh 

Raleigh to Baltimore 

Baltimore to Pittsburgh 

rental car was given out

$100. Uber ride

 

 

Told by south west works 

-  were u listening

- maybe the flight will have issues

- we done say names over the loud speakers -  call down.   As she put her finger in my face

-  130 other people made the flight 

- I’m real busy now

 

 

called southwest.    On hold for 58 min 

trying to tranfer me

hangs up………

Call back.    now….

 

They don’t want my business 

 

some need to call me

asap

Sorry to hear of your bad experience .

 

Because this is a customer forum, it is unlikely that the airline will call you back because of a post here. The best bet is to contact customer relations

Sorry to hear about your recent flight experience as mentioned your best bet is to Contact Customer Relations so they can review your experience and look in to possible compensation. 

 

Since this is a customer to customer forum I suggest removing your phone number for your protection.
