Refund for Vacation Package

I hope you can clarify something for me. I know this is Southwest community, but maybe someone had similar situation. 

Southwest Vacations cancelled our trip. I was offered either travel credit or refund, I’ve submitted a refund request and still waiting. It’s been 2 month now. Should I contact Southwest for a ticket refund or all refund should come from Southwest Vacations, since we booked from them? Any advise would be appreciated. I have all the emails proofing that our trip was cancelled by them and the rest of communications. Any advise on how to get our money refunded would be appreciated.

Any refund would have to come from Southwest Vacations.


You paid them for the package, and thus any refund would have to come from them.


I guess my only advice would be to be persistent in dealing with the firm.
