@lolamax letting passengers with disabilities preboard is the right thing to do. The passengers often need more time without the horrible feeling of being rushed by other passengers. I know that in the moment this can be very frustrating, but take a deep breath and be thankful you are not the one in a wheelchair.

I will say that since you were invited to interview for 2 different positions, you are potentially considered as a strong candidate. Nice work! @MartaMay I wouldn’t know the details, but it sounds like you applied for the same job twice? That might be the reason why one application is “received “ and the other is under review? That’s interesting that you were able to apply twice though. I have read on previous discussions that the bi-lingual process takes time and is still ongoing. @cz7p4q Loyalty is priceless! I hear what you are saying about your experiences and can relate. Unfortunately often times employees get so used to giving the same spiel over and over again, they take the human aspect out of the interaction. It sounds like if SW at-least gestured to put you up in a hotel for the night, the most recent issue would be non-existent. Sorry to hear that SW is losing you as a passenger over $160.00. In my opinion, not every stranded passenger situation is black and white when weather comes into play. As a fan of SW, I think you should give them one more chance. My hope is that they would restore your faith in them. Don’t forget you said you have been a loyal passenger since 2009. My rule of thumb is I generally give a business three chances to win back my business. After that.. it is what it is. Best luck to you and thank you for your service.

What is the current status of your submission on the dashboard? The dashboard is your best bet to find the most current updated information. Keep in mind that SW receives thousand of applications, and it takes time to carefully review all of them. Practice patience. Good luck to you all.

@AllyG very strange that the email went to spam, and the req # was wrong. Are you positive the email came from SW? The verbiage that said “sorry but not now” seems odd to me. @Kellyd what is the status of your FA application on your dashboard? I would start there first, then start to ask questions. What is your career interest with SW since you applied for another job? Practice patience and be careful about applying for more than one position since you have not heard anything. You don’t want to give the wrong impression that you are just applying to anything. Be passionate about one position at a time and show your interest. Good luck!
