Hi @Xmkmam82! A couple weeks ago there was a Flight Attendant based webinar in Career Connections. The recruiters and Flight Attendant Management guests mentioned that they were still going through the applications. I didn't specifically take notes on that aspect because I am heartfully into the CS&S (Customer Support) position, but it was said how many applications were received and how many were processed (there were 27,000 applications for CS&S). You should still be under consideration if you are showing "In Process" in workday. If you haven't joined Career Connections yet, you can sign up at Southwest Careers under the Events tab. I applied for the June 20th job opening for that position, I didn't know there were other requisitions still being processed, interesting if so. I'm trying to learn everything I can. I am still "In Process," patiently, excitedly hoping for a phone screen call. I'd heard that the Careers page had changed at some point. To see my current status, I go to Southwest Careers/Candidate Home and then sign in to workday with my log in. Maybe that is different from your original method? If so, maybe that helps? I am still excited and hopeful, but a little bit concerned as there are many candidates with much later time stamps than myself that are reporting they already have conditional job offers . Some candidates are reporting how many applications they've gone through and others have said they go by state to state.  You gotta take all that with a grain of salt, I guess, so I'm still energized and doing everything I can to prepare. I've worked for SWA before and it's absolutely the best company out there to work for! I know I will rock it at this position! Hi @CCyrus! Many of us are in the same situation. I am also "In Process." My application finally pushed through at around 12:30 Herb Central Time on June 20th (unfortunately without my resume). So, we wait. In the mean time you could read up about Southwest Airlines and take a look at those city codes. Also, Career Connections on Tuesdays is a great way to stay connected. Just to be clear, did you submit your application on Monday the 20th or Tuesday the 21st? I thought I had been keeping track of the approximate time they were up to by following these posts. I was hoping I would get the email today or tomorrow. Looks like I might have been way off based on your time stamp. Haha. Hi @Mrsbrooks31. Yes! We would receive the notification to schedule the phone screen interview by email. I am patiently, but excitedly waiting also with the hope for an interview. I retired from Southwest at 42 with full flight benefits for life (4 years ago), but I miss it. I miss this. You give me hope and encouragement that my application may be reviewed soon based on your time stamp. Fantastic! I've actually already used your airport code flashcards. Hopefully one of the wonderful people in this discussion forum can share their experience with the current CSA hiring process. If you are showing "In Process" you should be under consideration and awaiting further corospondance from SWA. Hi @awbonner1! I am also a CS&S Candidate.  I was finally able to push my application through around 12:30 on the 20th and I was also unable to upload my resume. I understand that the applications will be reviewed in the order that they were received and the missing resume will not be a factor in consideration for a phone screen interview (the next step). My application also shows "In Process" and I have not received any further corospondance, so no news is good news. If you try to register again you may see a phone number there associated with the opt in for text alerts. I don't want to share it here publicly, but if you look you should find it.
