I applied for the CS&S position in June as well. Still "in process" checking my email a million times a day!  Staying positive and studying those airport codes so when I DO get that official job offer I am one step ahead for training😄 From everything that I have read "in process" is a good thing and until that changes don't give up...We got this! ... Good day,      Thank you so much for your post.  I interviewed on July 12 and received contingent offer email on July 15.  I check emails and candidate page several times a day, but still have not  received emails to complete hiring process.  Under My tasks status still says in process.  I was thinking of reaching out to recruiter that interviewed me on Linkedin but not sure if that would seem as if  I'm being a little anxious and impatient.     Thanks again,    SMA  ... @desl thank you for being so helpful! I'm still hopeful. My application still says "in process"  It seems as though some of you received calls or emails for interviews in July. That's great! I too submitted right away but the system was so overwhelmed I had to redo it twice because it wouldn't accept my resume'. However I did receive a confirmation that my application and I am guessing resume' was received also. I will continue to be prayerful and hopeful. Like you stated if it's for us we'll get it 🙏🏾 ... Hi @Laylazidane. Once you get the call screen email you should receive contact information. Before then, it's very difficult to try and get in contact. Even after your call screen, communication is difficult to initiate because the recruiters are so busy with so many candidates to process and with all different aspects of the hiring process. They will get in contact with you when there is any information to relay (you can't call and find out what number you are or what number they are currently processing, but would be nice).  If you haven't heard anything it's because there is no information available for us. As long as you are "In Process" you are still a candidate. Applications are processed in the order they were received, so if you haven't heard anything yet, it's because they haven't got to you yet. I am in the same situation, I know it's difficult to keep waiting for so long, but hang in there. If we are fortunate enough, they will get to us. Hi @Leroy22! Do you happen to know if Southwest will be doing the same thing for CS&S Candidates who were unable to upload their resume (it seems like it's most everyone)? Also has anyone heard of any other glitches with email communication? Some candidates are receiving email communication on a regular basis as some of the other "In Process" Candidates for R-2022-13 are receiving nothing. I am still excited and hopeful, but a little bit concerned as there are many candidates with much later time stamps than myself that are reporting they already have conditional job offers . Some candidates are reporting how many applications they've gone through and others have said they go by state to state.  You gotta take all that with a grain of salt, I guess, so I'm still energized and doing everything I can to prepare. I've worked for SWA before and it's absolutely the best company out there to work for! I know I will rock it at this position! I just wish I was able to attach my awesome resume in the beginning, it would have really made my application stand out. Good luck to you! Hi @CCyrus! Many of us are in the same situation. I am also "In Process." My application finally pushed through at around 12:30 Herb Central Time on June 20th (unfortunately without my resume). So, we wait. In the mean time you could read up about Southwest Airlines and take a look at those city codes. Also, Career Connections on Tuesdays is a great way to stay connected. @Vmartinez25151 with 27,000 applications, they cannot update every individual. If they tried to do that, they would be even further behind in the interview process than they are. They are going through them as quickly as they can. Some states are taking longer than others due to being more popular. I know it's easier said than done, but you just have to be patient. ...
