Hi You need your conformation number to check in. Do you belong to rapid rewards? If you do you can log into your account and see your conformation number or you can call customer service at Southwest Airlines and they will look up your conformation number for you. Another thing you can try, if you purchased you ticket with the Chase Southwest credit card look at your statement online and look at the "Southwest payment" for your ticket and you should see the conformation number. Good luck!

All all you have to do is ask.... They can not say no and they can not ask why you need to pre-board "Prior to general boarding, preboarding is available for Customers who have specific seating needs to accommodate a disability, and/or need assistance in boarding the aircraft, and/or need to stow an assistive device. If you have a disability and require preboarding, you should request a Preboarding Document from the Customer Service Agent at your departure gate." "The Preboarding Document serves as notification to our Operations (Boarding) Agent that you need to preboard. It's important to keep in mind those Customers who preboard may not occupy a seat on the emergency exit rows. Customers who have any other special needs related to boarding should speak with the Customer Service Agent at your departure gate." "We realize that some Customers with disabilities require the assistance of the individuals they are traveling with, and we will allow a travel companion to act as an "attendant" and preboard with a Customer with a disability. In most cases, the Customer requires assistance from only one other person, and any additional family members or friends are asked to board with their assigned group. However, if a Customer needs assistance from more than one family member, then the Customer should be allowed the additional help."

Hi I would purchase separately because the fare could be low for three and be higher for the next two. When you do all five you will purchase all at the highest fare. You can use your points for anyone you want.

You must use all points to purchase a ticket, you can't use some of your points and pay the balance in cash. When you don't have enough points for a round trip its best to purchase two one ways. Use points for one and pay cash for the other. You don't have to redeem points, all you do is when searching a flight is click on "show in points" and that will automatically use your points in your account.

No! You must take the flight for the companion to fly. You can not switch and give your $100 ticket to her. If see wants to fly she is going to have to purchase a new ticket. If you try to send her on the flight with out you it is possible that they will take your Companion Pass away from you.... Not worth it. Good luck!
