Snow ski equipment, including skis or snowboards, ski boots, and ski poles: including one pair of skis or one snowboard, one set of poles, and one pair of ski/snowboard boots encased in a container(s) acceptable to Carrier. When substituting ski equipment for a free bag, Southwest Airlines allows up to two bags (containing one set of snow skis, ski poles, and ski boots) to count as one item, even if they are packed and tagged separately. Note: Snow ski equipment will not be subject to excess size charges. However, excess weight charges may apply.

Hi Be careful! You may want to call and make sure. After March, transferred points/partner points do not count towards Companion pass. If you were to earn the Companion pass now it would be good for the rest of 2017 and all of 2018. Good luck!

Hi What was your original purchase date for the Feb flight? You only have one year from the original date of purchase to use all travel funds from that conformation number. If you purchased it before Dec 2016 the credit will have expired. Southwest is currently accepting air reservations through August 14, 2017. On February 23, 2017 they will open the schedule for sale through September 29, 2017. This date is subject to change! Please check back frequently.

Hi When you purchase any ticket with your Southwest Airlines Chase credit card you earn 2 points per $$ spent. All points earned will be posted in your Rapid rewards account once a month. Every time you purchase a ticket and fly you earn even more points for the flight. All these points are for you to use to take free flights. If you purchase a ticket for someone else you do not earn the flight points. My I suggest this book "The magic of points" @Amazon @Amazon

Hi I don't think so..... Check your email, I'm sure there was a link like this one http://swa.is/2kKTmgF that you have to go through and input your Rapid Rewards number. Good luck!

They will never do that. They want you to forget that you have a credit. My suggestion is when you change or cancel a ticket you receive a email from Southwest Airlines with the amount of the credit and the expiration date. Create a "Southwest Airlines credit folder in your email account. Good Luck!!

Hi In my 18 years flying with Southwest Airlines the price of flights go up and down like the stock market. The price can always go up and you will have to pay more but no matter how many times the price goes down you can always rebook and receive a credit to use one year from the date of purchase. Good Luck!
