At the encouragement of my daughter, I’ve started carrying glass containers in my car, just in case I want to take home restaurant leftovers. It feels awkward, but it’s one less styrofoam container being used.

I believe I read the process could take up to a year or more. In the meantime, I would do all you can to learn more about the industry and the SW family. It’ll keep you in a positive mood and you’ll be ready if the opportunity presents itself. There are some great podcasts about Southwest you could listen to. My favorite is on “How I Built This”, featuring Herb Kelleher, the founder of Southwest Airlines. He’s quite a guy... you’ll thoroughly enjoy it. Best of luck to you!

Depeding when your flight was during the day and if anyone saw the item in the seat back pocket (assuming that's where it was) then the plane could make several stops before the item was found. I would include the known locations in your report though, incuding where you were and then where you think the plane went next. Good luck, let us know if it turns up.
