You can both have your own Southwest credit card. By my personal math it makes sense to have the personal Priority card if you fly Southwest at least once per year: Cost: Annual fee of $149 Most easily quantified benefits: $75 Southwest annual travel credit 7,500 anniversary points (I value at more than 1 cent per point so greater than $75) Even without putting any value on upgraded boardings or refunds on inflight purchases I feel like the annual benefits outweigh the annual cost.

You should be able to do so for both of you (unless both of you both have A-List status, in which case you wouldn't need EarlyBird). I'd get in touch with Southwest using one of the methods listed on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of each forum page (Twitter reportedly gets the fastest repsonse, I've used the chat function within the app).

Most of us here in the forums are customers too. I think the fastest way to get a response is via Twitter (click "Contact Us") for the Twitter handle. I'm on my phone now so I can't check the click path, but of you log in to your Chase account you should be able to see the points that Chase sent to Southwest. If you see that Chase sent them then go to Southwest. If you see that Chase didn't send them then go to Chase.

If you look on the Southwest careers page (https://careers.southwestair.com/) you can click on any of the open job descriptions to see the requirements. This is the wording you'll usually see for work authrization: "Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986"

Something sounds off. You should be able to log in to your Chase account and see the points activity they sent to Southwest. Then you should be able to log in to your Southwest account andd see the points sent from Chase. My points activity is usually mirrored within a few days though the official terms and conditions state to allow for more time. I'd start with the Chase account to see what they show.
