Keep in mind requisitions have to be posted for a certain amount of time and SWA hires from within often. The job may have already been for someone else so it's better to not get your hopes up for something that was for someone else. I mean that may not have been the case but if it closed that quickly then its possible. You can also make a job alert for positions you are interested in. Good luck!

Yes, I thought your start date was the date you are going to be in Dallas. What start date do you have? The only thing I think of is that the start date could possibly change between now and then depending on what happens with getting the class scheduled, but they would let you know that as well @js227 Good Luck!

@bec102896 I have written my recruiter twice in the span of 2 weeks. I didn't want to keep emailing because I know there are more applicants than her, but the email confused me in saying that only employment was completed. I'm guessing that means they are stil pending my background (fingerprints) & drug test but I did those 2 weeks ago as well. I didn't think it would take this long but maybe I will here something by next week. My dashboard still says under review so I think that's a positive 😊
