I’m just a little shy of making A List Preferreed for the first time. I flew 12/22, but my points haven’t posted. I called and was told it takes 72 hrs for points to post and the return flight has to be complete before points for both legs are posted. Is this right? IF I canceled my return, I’d surely still get my points for the outbound. When I called, it didn’t go to the special line for A List and the person who I talked with wasn’t especially helpful. They also said if my points don’t post before the end of the year, they wouldn’t get me to A List Preferred even though they were earned in 2023. Does what this rep told me sound right?

Thanks for the reply! I don’t think I’ve ever received this kind of email. I thought you could see which benefits you’ve used on the Chase dashboard, but I no longer see it. When I use my SWA credit card for updates boarding, the fee is always reversed on my cc statement, but I was hoping there was an easier way to see which benefits haven’t been used yet.

How can you see which benefits you’ve already used for the year? I’m entitled to 4 free upgrades and am not sure if I’ve already used all 4. I thought there was a way to check, but I don’t remember how to do it.

I have not used any of my 4 upgraded boardings which are included with my SWA card. If my daughter buys an upgraded boarding position using my SWA Chase card, will the charge for that be refunded on the account? Like so many others, I wasn’t able to take advantage of all the perks of this card due to COVID. Hopefully, I will feel more confident t flying again soon. I do have to say that the single time I flew in Sept, I felt safe with SWA.

I was wondering if there is social distancing or some attempt to limit the number of passengers on the train system at the Denver airport. I’d be happy to just walk, but it doesn’t look like you can walk to/from SWA terminal C and the main concourse/exit.

Thanks! I didn’t realize that till I read that post. At least it will help. I typically earn my A-list by flight segments, but points never hurt (even if they won’t get me to A-list on their own)

Darn! I thought all points earned with the Priority Card qualified to earn A-list status. I wish I had taken a screenshot of the perks so I could remind myself of the benefits. Seems like perhaps they change with different offers.
