I have had a couple of similar flights.  One that really bothered me was Denver to Indianapolis in the fall.  There was a man who was clearly drunk not wearing at mask at all.  He spend a big part of the flight walking up and down the aisle.  No one said anything until I complained.  The FA's claimed they could not see him since the lights the down.  I felt it was neglectful on their part.  I called SW and complained.  No one cared one bit. ... Why did you book the flight if you were didn't not agree to rules?  It's pretty well known everyone is required to wear a mask ages 2 and up...your child is not exempt.  It's your poor preparation that caused this incident.  You should be embarrassed and ashamed of what happened. ... View more
