In India we used to have different Classrs. In some small villages they still label people like the Untouchable Class. Also MiddleSeats Comment referring to minorities as Marginal People is a little offensive The term Marginal People to me is offensive as why is MiddleSeat linking this term to your issue of BLM. Very Logical and Moral Issue. I agree w you that at minimum you should get $ back in gen fund. I don’t understand how the airline could go broke if they were honerable and refunded everyone. How about your Small Business ? You are probably struggling due to the virus . You cant afford to throw away all those airfares when most small businesses are either laying off or Furloughing workersThe politicians always bale the Airlines out. Greetings Fellow Loyal Sw Fliers SW should reinvest some of the$ from the airfares of those who can’t fly due to virus. There is confusion on how to convert credit fares to reward points and a live person is better than guessing or going to computer site especially for Elderly I don’t understand why Customers who pId but canceled must suffer wait on hold so long? In my Country the call centers employee excellent people who answer phone w Good Attitude and promptly. I think in America DW could find same time of Customer Service People. However to stay on top I hope SW would consider hiring 500 more people in call Center to help alleviate the frustration of those who wait 2-3 hours to get. Customer Service person. Recently we took a poll amoung Co-Workers and many felt SW was ranking high in low fares but was way behind in Cuztomdr Service. Did you call SW and were able to get thru in less than 2 hrs? Good Morning my SW Brothers and Sister, I have creative idea. Let those SW passengers who canceled due to World Epedimic Virus get refunded on the Wanna Getaway fAre by letting the passengers sell their airfare credit to other SW passengers. I know some poor seniors who bought wNna getawY not foreseeing virus and now need the $ that their airline credit that they can’t use. now as they are in at risk age group of SW would let these poor seniors sell their credited fare now. It is irrelevant to many Seniors to get the extension until 2022 ( as nice as that is) Many seniors and even young people need the $ now. I read DFWSkisrs comment that he was questioning my suggestion to give refunds to Elderly and he was worried that was not fair to the younger people? I M sorry to apear unfair to him or any young person in my Country of origin we do give SpeciL Treatment to our Elders and I have never heard anyone complain before as most understand our Elders many don’t work and most live on their pension However I still appreciate DFWSkisrs wisdom and expert other opinions and knowledge about SW.
