Good Luck SouthWest Vacations is terrible! I will never use them again. We are still waiting on a refund from them since November I call and Call just to be on hold for hrs with no help!. Good afternoon, I'm wanting to see how many people out here are still waiting on a refund from SouthWest Vacations and for how long? I have been going rounds with them since November for my refund and I'm about done and ready for file a lawsuit. I have waited 90 days + and it is unacceptable. Every time I call i get a different answer and no one will let me talk with accounting or a supervisor. Is anyone else having the same issues?
