Hi, @tonywazzhere. Thanks so much for reaching out!
I'm glad to offer some clarity and insight here. In reviewing your application to the Desktop Support Specialist (R-2023-31893), your application was removed from the process based on your answer to the question, "Do you have Entry-level experience; developing skills and knowledge in PC system and repair?" Since you answered "no," to this question, your application did not meet the minimum requirements for the role and was removed from the process. I'm so sorry for any confusion or disappointment there.
With that being said, we are required to compile the certain information for statistical purposes in order to comply with certain federal regulations relating to Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action requirements. Please know that the content of the information will not affect your eligibility for employment.
We appreciate your interest in a career at Southwest! There are new positions posted almost daily, and we'd love to connect you to a career with Heart!

Hey there, @victoriagca!
Thanks for reaching out! If you are referring to applying for a position and then your application being removed from the process after an interview/review, you would need to wait a year from the date of that removal to apply for the same position. I hope this answers your question!

Thanks so much for reaching out! And thank you for your interest in a career with Heart!
If you haven't received an update email just yet, that means your application is still in our "review" process! Depending on the number of applications received and the schedule of the Hiring Team working to connect with our newest Coheart-to-be, it can take some time to see movement.
I know the wait can be the hardest part! Hang in there, and keep an eye on your email inbox (and any junk and spam folders too - just in case). As soon as there is more information to share, our Recruiting Team will be in touch!

Adrienne here, and I'm part of our Talent Acquisition Team. I took a quick look, and I do see your application for the Flight Attendant position. We received many, many applications for this posting, and our Team is slowly but surely working through those applications & Candidates in the order they were received. I know the wait can be the hardest part, but you are still in the running, and I'm hopeful you'll hear from our Team about setting up an interview very soon! The "how you heard about us" piece, that would not have an impact on your application - no stress there!

Hey there, @AustinPeters34!
Thank you for asking!
In accordance with our most recently updated Uniform Appearance Standards for Flight Attendants:
You are allowed to have visible tattoos on your hands, arms, wrists, legs and feet. Visible tattoos are not permitted on your face, neck, or chest. While in uniform, all chest and neck tattoos must be completely covered using the uniform, your hair (neck tattoos only), makeup, or a scarf. You can have one adjacent area of tattoos visible per limb (hand/arm/wrist or leg/foot).
Tattoos on the arm, leg, wrist, or foot can be no larger than your Southwest Employee badge. If the visible portion of your tattoos are part of a larger piece like a sleeve, please ensure your uniform covers any part larger than your Southwest badge.
One tattoo the size of a quarter or smaller is allowed per hand. Additional hand tattoos may not be covered by makeup due to hygiene requirements

Hi there, @cmc1988!
Thanks so much for reaching out with your question!
I took a closer look, and three out of the four positions you've applied for over the last month were hybrid positions, which requires at least three days a week of working onsite, on our Corporate Campus in Dallas. The other position you applied for is required to fully work from our Corporate Campus in Dallas during business hours.
With that being said, none of these positions included a stipulation that we would only consider applications from a certain area or state(s). That means that we review all applications in the order received - regardless if you live in Dallas, New Mexico, etc! With many interested Candidates and some stiff competition, we know that means a disappointing answer will come to many. That said, we encourage you to keep looking, keep applying, and apply as soon as you can - this will help get your application as close to the front of the "review line" as possible.
We are so appreciative of your interest in a career with Heart! And we hope to have the opportunity to connect with you very soon!
