You might have received but not realized it, look for email with title or subject “customer service initial training (vILT) reminder.
Then looking at that email scroll down to location information. Facility will say hotel and give a url link.

I don’t think they send hotel info until a week prior to going. We go to 9th class and just got hotel info for Sheraton downtown last Friday.

I believe it means that your application has been viewed, my app stayed “in process” until I got the contingency offer pending background and drug test. As long as it does not say complete you are still being considered. Good luck!

Have you reached out to recruiter that sent you the cjo? It’s not a quick process so takes patience. My process took about 2 months from apply to start date but I have seen some that have longer timelines. 808 I’m assuming Hawaii , which island?

Yes they are separate….. Southwest does their initial background with fingerprints and drug test and then once you are cleared you will get your next email with steps including your official job offer along with a start date.

Just recently completed this process in OGG. First appointment they will give you a filled out application to take to badge office and take your employee photo. You then take the app to badge office where they take your photo for airport badge and your fingerprints for background check with airport. 2nd appointment after background clears you go back to take airport test for Sida badge and receive your airport badge. 💙💛❤️

Invited to hiring event here in Maui on Oct 26th and got one on one interview
Nov 1st received contingent offer
Nov 11th received emails for drug/fingerprints scheduling, entered background info
Nov 14th drug test / fingerprints done
Nov 18th received email that my employment screening was completed
woohoo!! Now just waiting for start date, with holidays not sure when that will be but email said I should hear something in week or two. Im nervous since this is so new and a change but also so excited. 🙌❤️🩹

I am sending you good vibes and luck as well. I know I was so nervous when out of the interview process for so long but the recruiter was so nice. I know I may not have said all, that I wanted to say but it was a positive experience and I did smile a lot so I am hopeful 😊🙏

about the time they started at 11am. I think I did good and recruiter was very nice but no on the spot offer. I have no idea if anybody received on the spot offer though. Would love to have known but it’s all good. Recruiter said they have been traveling a lot lately so it may take a week but she was headed home and would be working over weekend. She said they would let me know for sure yea or nah. I was nervous for sure since out of the interview process for a very long time but I think I did good and am hopeful for good news. There was probably only about 20 or so people there when I was there.

Aloha,
I recently applied online when a job posted for csa at OGG. I received an email inviting me to the Hawaii hiring event coming up letting me know to register for the event. This morning I received an email saying there was a change to the event, the only change I see is that it says an online event…. Is this maybe an error ?
