They will not respond to us. After 2,1/2 hours on hold the second time they reconfirmed our luggage is at the airport but not yet entered into their system. They again gave me the airports direct line and the assurance that the phone would be answered but after dozens of calls not one is answered. Not one message is returned.

I am convinced that those who defend southwests lack of transparency about the location of customers luggage work for the airline. No one in there right mind would justify or defend this egregious oversight. My business would be bankrupt if I had such practices. The obvious is that southwest has little loyalty to its customers and deplorable customer service. While you listen for hours to their spill about transparency about their rates as you wait for someone to answer your call you will see the irony . How bout transparency with our luggage.

I totally agree, they are rediculous!! They lost our flights luggage, over 30 passengers luggage and it took well over two hours to unload luggage for theirs who received theirs. No one will answer calls, no supervisors will tell us where our luggage is. We have three small children with no clothes and are now on our second day of vacation trying to talk to anyone.

Our planes luggage is lost or a good part of it. Lines are 100s long, we’ve spent close to three hours waiting for plane to be unloaded. There’s no customer service, no one to help, no supervisors and we have three small children and grandparents all with no winter clothes. How do we get our luggage back?????? We’ve spent first two days of vacation trying to find it.

We flew into Chicago yesterday, they lost everyone’s luggage coming from Austin and couldn’t figure out that it was lost for several hours . It was in the airport but no one could help us. We can’t file a report because the lines were 6-8 hours long. No supervisors work there, and after waiting for 1,1/2 hours on the phone was told that they Dont have supervisors either. Who runs southwest? Worst customer service in history of flying
