UPDATE ON MY LUGGAGE.
I arrived at the airport today 12/26 at 3am to ask about my luggage and turns out, it arrived in San Diego. As for us, another cancelled flight and nothing leaving Denver today. Family is on the road from Cali to pick us up. 🥺

Our re-booked flight was cancelled yet again after 4 hours of waiting at the gate, with hopes of finding crew members to work our flight, it was cancelled. Got in a long line to try and re-book a third time, (me and my kids have been in Denver since 12/24 at 2pm arriving from Norfolk, Virginia) an agent announced that no flights will be leaving Denver today (12/26) if trying to re-book cancelled flights. The system kept crashing and re-booting. I can't even get through the phone lines.
My trip through Denver was only supposed to last 2 hours and connect to San Diego. We've now been here 2 days. I wish there was some kind of hotel compensation from Southwest, but nothing. My relatives are now leaving San Diego to drive to Denver and pick us up, so here we are back at a hotel, waiting for check in for another nights stay.

Goodluck. My connecting flight from Denver to San Diego was cancelled 12/24 and rebooked for 12/26. I tried to see if my luggage was in Denver or making it's way to SD and I couldn't even get to an agent. I couldn't call today or chat with anyone, so I sent an email. We had to find a hotel nearby, spend more money to book a 2 night stay and hope for the best with our new flight schedule.

Me and fellow passengers received the same notification on the app yesterday, as our flight was canceled, but we still had to wait in line for 3 hours to get to an agent to actually rebook a next flight. If less than 24 hours, you should be handed a new boarding pass. If not, check in via the app 24 hrs before the flight.

OMG! I'm sorry that's the case and I am dreading that outcome. I'm only supposed to be in San Diego from the Dec 24th-Jan 2nd. Me and my kids have been in a hotel here in Denver since the evening of the 24th with no change of clothes, toiletries, etc. Everything was checked in except for my purse and camera bag and my kids backpack with their electronics. My god if I ever make it to San Diego, hopefully the luggage makes it there before we head back to Norfolk, Virginia. Thanks for the info.

Flew into Denver from Norfolk on 12/24 with a connecting flight to San Diego. It delayed twice and then unfortunately the flight was canceled with no announcement. Waited in line for 3+ hours to re-book and we are scheduled to depart for San Diego 12/26 at 7:30am (hopefully). We checked our bags in Norfolk.. so my question is.. are our bags in Denver? Or did they go straight to SD? Is there a way to track this? Lines were outrageous to stand in to speak to an agent regarding that, and with 2 kids with me, we left for a nearby hotel. Lines are busy that I can't get a hold of an agent over the phone or through chat.
