Hi    I would recommend always purchasing individual tickets over multi passenger tickets.  It' much easier to change individual tickets when the price goes down.  When your on a multi passenger ticket, the price may go down for one but not for all and you will not be able to take advantage of the lower price.   When you purchase your 4th ticket at the higher price in my experience check every day because that ticket will be one price one day and lower price the next day.    Good Luck! ... You may want to call Chase Credit card services, not SWA.  Call the 1-800 number on the back of the credit card and they will be able to explain the situation.  They can verify that your Rapid Reward accountnumber is connected to your Rapid Reward account.  They will also know if your bonous points have been awarded.    Good luck!  ... If officers are unable to use X-ray to clear these items, they may ask to open the container and have you transfer the liquid to a separate empty container or dispose of a small quantity of liquid, if feasible. Inform the TSA officer if you do not want the formula, breast milk and/or juice to be X-rayed or opened. Additional steps will be taken to clear the liquid and you or the traveling guardian will undergo additional screening procedures, to include a pat-down and screening of other carry-on property. Hi    All you need to do is change the flight not cancel.  You will receive a credit on that conformation number to use one year from the date of purchase of the original ticket.  When you book with points and change your ticket your points go back into your Rapid Rewards account with no expiration date.  ...
