I messaged Southwest on Twitter inquiring if they would extend the expiration date of the companion pass for those that earned it in 2020, and expires Dec 2021. Their answer is basically no: Hi, Natalie. Thank you for reaching out and for your patience. I'm sorry to say, but we're not currently making exceptions to extend Companion Pass status past 2021. I regret any disappointment this may cause, and we hope to see you and your companion onboard soon. Maybe if we contact Southwest and express our unhappiness they will revise this stance. The 2020 people got an extension of 6 months, then a year, so why not extend that same courtesy so those that earned it in 2020 and lost a year of travel as well?

Can I purchase WiFi for everyone in my party and get reimbursed for it? As long as I don't go over 365 $8 credits a year? I didn't see a limit of only 1 charge a day but that's why I'm checking. The Terms & Conditions for the Performance Business card state: INFLIGHT WIFI CREDITS ON SOUTHWEST AIRLINES FLIGHTS You will receive Inflight WiFi Credits in the form of credit card statement credits for purchases of WiFi access made on WiFi-enabled Southwest® aircraft with your Southwest Rapid Rewards® Performance Business Card. Inflight WiFi Credits are limited to a total of 365 $8 credits per year for all WiFi transactions on the overall business card account. You will not receive a credit for any unused portion of the annual benefit. Statement credit(s) will post to your credit card account the same day as your purchase(s) and will appear on your monthly credit card billing statement within 1-2 billing cycles.

My login for Rapid Rewards on southwest.com is less than 8 characters. On the Southwest app, when I try to log in, I get an error that my password needs to be 8-10 characters. Why are there different requirements for the password on the app vs website? How can I change my password on southwest.com? I called Southwest yesterday and was told I can't change my password online, I need to call Rapid Rewards or do the contact us page.

I purchased a Wanna Get Away flight with Southwest points. I may need to cancel the flight last minute. I just wanted to confirm I only have to cancel within 10 minutes of departure to get a refund on my points. From https://www.southwest.com/html/air/fare-information.html: Wanna Get Away Fares are nonrefundable but may be applied toward future travel on Southwest Airlines for the originally ticketed passenger only. Should a passenger fail to apply the nonrefundable ticket toward the purchase of future travel within the eligibility period, the entire amount of the fare, which includes without limitation, all fees, taxes, and charges, will be forfeited. If I open a Southwest credit card, and have the bonus points transferred to my Rapid Rewards account, then close the credit card, will I still be able to use the points?
