IT needs to fix the "current password" field.
Here is my correspondence with Case #61058832

Hi Julian,
Please have the IT team fix the problem. The “current password” field should not check for password rules to be passed! Anyone with an older password that did not pass the new rules will be blocked like I was.
I did call and was helped to change my password thru a different route.
Thanks,
Todd Wiese

Southwest,
I called the 1-800 number for the Performance Business and the Rep didn't have a conclusive answer to if there is a daily limit vs annual.
Can you please confirm that I am purchase multiple wifi (for phone & laptop) on the same day and be reimbursed as I do no need exceed the 365 $8 credit annual?
Just wanted to ensure the policy hasn't changed since Nov 2019 when Southwest confirmed.
Thank you!

You didn't lose a year of travel. Plenty of places to fly in 2021. I'm on my 13th vacation, courtesy of my CP. Flights are extra cheap in many cases. Any bonus you got last year was just that...a bonus. And you could still fly. I hit 50k miles last year. So I'm really not sure what your issue is. I don't understand why the people complaining about the CP aren't even using their CP. Only a very few exceptions like Belize and Turks are closed, and that's certainly not the fault of SWA. I could complain that I earned a CP for this year that I could have gotten for free. But I don't expect to get another year out of it. They already gave us the bonus points to get there. Now I'm incentivized to fly and spend like crazy to get it for 2022. My wallet already hurts.

If the new flight is cheaper then you'll continue to have the remaining amount of credit available. When the new flight is more, you'll have to pay the extra above the vlue of the credit.

I know exactly what error you're dealing with. The reason you're getting that error is because you have to delete your rapid rewards number from the reservation. When you go in to change the name of the passenger on the ticket, you can also delete your rapid rewards number from the ticket as well. Hope this helps.

The only thing it does say is? "Account must be open and not in default at the time of fulfillment." You will be charged $69.00 or $99.00 when you open the card so you may want to keep it for a year, then cancel.
