Thanks, I do have all my bookings under 'Upcoming trips'. 18 pages of them (only 2 displayed per page).
I'm looking for ALL in one spot, preferably wth Locator Number, cost, dates, & time.
I can only do this by digging through all the pages, then hitting each trip, or scanning my email via locator number.
A bit troublesome and very expensive when the only internet access is driving to town and going to the library where you are allotted 1 hr / week access.
Just looking for a quick and easy (and inexpensive) option to track trips.
Previously 'Future trips' portal displayed (6) trips on each page. 1/6th the time and expense to browse.

The web version used to at least show 6-8 future flights on booking screen, but it is very laborious to scroll through 15 - 20 pages and update your own spreadsheet for future flights.
One of the primary needs of this is to avoid duplicate bookings, and to avoid missing a 'check-in', and boarding, resulting in forfeited fare.
SWA used to deliver this nice little email reminder "Your Flight is right around the corner", If they would do that exactly at 24hrs, it would be helpful to check-in, avoid missing a flight and forfeiting a ticket, and it would allow SWA to get a heads up on passenger loading / cancellations.
Seems easy enough.

many non-stops were discontinued during Covid, as travel increases, and staffing and equipment issues are resolved, some routes will be restored (if it pencils out). There is a lot of math and variables, including competition (Routes and employees).
Dynamic situation, buit you can check the loads on current Houston to Sac (SMF) and see if there is a lot of passenger load pressure, maybe sooner than later you will get restored. There are several routes I'm hoping to see restored, but the world has changed (espcially at SWA) so what once was, may never be (again).

When was the last non-stop SWA you used? Pre-Covid? Many routes now have connections, and ALL my routes do. But never fear, I will never buy another WiFi connection on SWA, nor will many others.

What happened to the "My Account page"? Today changed to only view 2 flights / page (With a new Right side bar that has unnecessary ads (Credit cards) rather than the previous option of (6) (Sorry my screen captures (as .jpgs) don't show in message. Any ideas for "View in CLASSIC mode!". 😉 Very painful with 40 future flights to track (2 at a time)

I do very frequent SWA bookings, but... the web login seems to 'time-out' and I would much rather have a button / command to re-login than to be taken to this page Any solutions? ("My Account | Log-out" seem to result in the below screen - (of no value) No link to "Log-in" = the expense and time of reloading another page. Not fun on "dial up"; I live rural)) Timeout page with no links to "Log In"

Same here (I cannot get a 'Fare by city' from website / computer interface vs mobile device). ONLY can search each city and combination individually, 'guessing' what cities may offer the $39 0r $49 fare. When you are on Pay-per-byte dial-up, that could cost a small fortune and hours of wasted time. I have to drive to town to get connectivity. Looks like another 'all nighter'. Just like trying to book SWA from Singapore... need to drive to Malaysia to access, due to IT issue, not 'regional site blocking'. Compliments of inept SWA IT dept (They might want to try this on a weak connection and as customers might have to depend on. ) I will try different browsers, but do not have a 'mobile' device. only a laptop. Mobile devices are pretty useless when you have no connectivity available in rural USA.

SWA IT bites me again (many times / day) $39 Fare, Where is the "View Fare By City" option? The radio button launches std reservation page as if you know your destination or routing. As always, I just want to know where the $39 and $49 fares are. I don't want to specify either departure or destination, I just want to know the routes which are in the sale. SWA wants to increase revenue / bookings? Please bring back "Get-Away-Fare-finder" (Pull up a route map and mouse over destinations and price displays as you move your cursor. Book 10 great trips in 10 minutes to places you never dreamed of going! At the moment, please just tell me where to find $39 routing... Much thanks appreciated

I get nabbed about 4x / yr due to 'no-show' policy (out of 100 -200 flights / yr, makes it tough to remember. But I NEVER missed a cancellation when SWA was so kind to send a; "Your Trip is just around the corner" email.~ 24hrs before boarding. So much for the 'Good-ole-days'... 6+ yrs ago. Maybe the IT department is funded by the many of us forfieting flights. (I live and work overseas ~ 50% of the time so very easy to MISS an opportunity to cancel since SWA website does not work from some countries (like Singapore).

but... for us 'natural' wheat thin luv'ers... it is pure punishment to ONLY have the Garlic and Onion laden "Ranch / Veggie' variety on SWA. The SWA buyer must have bought a Freight Train load! I can hardly WAIT to get a taste of standard Wheat Thins (whole grain version would be a LOT better for everyone!) on my 96th flight this yr... still waiting.

This site can’t be reached getawayfinder.southwest.com So sad as this booking feature was SUCH a plus !!!~ There is no way to duplicate without hours of searching vs 30 sec. loss of this feature Results in Lots of lost SWA revenue from me! But SWA 'IT' is about the only continually BAD experience with SWA (over 200 segments this yr, but declining FAST!)

Yes, the acct feature has been broken for many months. Don’t plan on booking or changing any flights while flying... i did get one of 4 flights yesterday to connect by ‘tricking’ the system ... A list preferred. ...try this while on the ground / connecting flights, from a non SWA url... / hotspot use the ‘get-connected’ url to enter your ‘free- connect-login’ (as you would do during flight). Until SWA IT locks us out of this fix. .... I spend much of my SWA ‘online time’ trying to get their stuff to work. Just as silly as the $8 pay-for-internet not being able to capture the same payment info as booking a $500 ticket....

6 flights this week with ACCESS DENIED. This is a huge waste of time... and over 10 hrs of lost time + sitting around airports doing the tasks I expected to have done when I arrived. please offer an expected time frame for repair. We will all need to find another carrier in the meantime. SWA IT dept has really lost a lot of business for your company and is not very representative of what a customer service focus would deserve.

A-list / companion flyer here, and Blocked in Singapore but worked yesterday in Malaysia (10 minutes away) Will not work on my VPN either. Made 22 reservations today alone over a very painfully long and expensive phone call... But, tele reservations is of little help when you can't even search for flights. Bad deal. Sad deal SWA has a very FRAGILE system. Their IT should find a competitor company to disable, not their own Bread and Butter.
