How can I redeem my Southwest gift cards

You may redeem your gift cards by going to Southwest.com and buying a plane ticket.

After you pick your flights and continue to passenger and pay, go to the section that says cash + points and other forms of payment.  There are 4 options here, go to the tab for SW gift card and enter the gift card number in pin
