Prior to every flight an agent gives some basic pre boarding instructions. It seems to me that this should be recorded or at the very least done by some who can be understood by all passengers. In Oakland today While waiting to board I could not understand any of the announcement. When I mentioned it to a Southwest agent she said Southwest does not discriminate. It’s wonderful that Southwest is an inclusive equal opportunity employer however, Others also agreed that they could not understand the announcements either, therefore, I’m making this suggestion. Please pre record a message / instructions that can be easily understood by all or have some one with clear pronunciation perform the task . Thanks
