My TSA number is not showing up on my boarding pass

Are you referring to PreCheck?  Here's a few things to check:

-Verify KTN is on the reservation.  You can add it here: https://www.southwest.com/air/manage-reservation/?page=ADD-SECURE-TRAVELER-INFORMATION

-Verify expiration date of your PreCheck

-Verify name on your reservation matches name associated with your KTN exactly, including middle name
