Consumer Reports is a gold standard for ratings.

Never heard of Wallet Hub.

I basically stopped reading the wallet hub article when the first item in the article is a list of the best  airlines -- with Spirit and Sky West rated 2 and 3

it's a credibility thing  -- enough said...
