@floridaguy  are you an attorney? Do you practice this type of law?

I am not a licensed attorney in Florida.  I would recommend some law practices who specialize in this type of matter.

No thank you.  You were just citing a lot of legal information and just wanted to know of your credentials.  No offense but I wouldn’t take plumbing advice from a drywall repair guy either.  Thanks anyway.

I guess that means you wouldn't take legal  advice from floridaguy, a statistics expert,   either.

I'm happy to post my credentials.  Being a "frequent contributor" is not a credential.

@floridaguy Reading your responses provides us with plenty of proof that we should not pay much attention to what you say.  Why should some "credential" suddenly make us believe otherwise?

That's your opinion and you have the right to express your views.

However, your views, no matter how frequently you make mention of them, do not add validity to your view.

I would encourage you to review the terms of use of this board and allow people the opportunity to express their views.  There is no certification required to participate on this board, nor does anyone have to pass a test or go before a board to be approved.

People have the right to be heard, whether you agree with them, or not.

@floridaguy again, reading comprehension is a struggle.

That does not say you are not welcome, it does say we should not pay attention to you (or any other troll).
