Credit Card points not posting!

I have the exact same problem. My husband was supposed to earn the companion pass this month and his points ALWAYS post with 2-3 days after the Chase Visa credit card cycle. I looked back at the history and this is what is shown. This month however, no points are posted and the cycle ended 7/14/23. Same issue Southwest says it is the fault of Chase and Chase says it is the fault of Southwest. Really ridiculous. I also have a Chase credit card which cycle ended on the 18th and I already have my points (posted on the 19th)! What is going on... really awful customer service!

I also have the same problem and we have a 7 14 statement date.  Please keep me posted if your points show up.  Have been wondering if it was just me but it sounds like a specific billing cycle is delayed.

My points are also missing from the 7/14 billing cycle. Glad to hear that its not just me. I did get my tier qualifying points, but the usual entry labeled 'Rapid Rewards Credit Card Points' did not post yet.
