WHEN I MADE THE RESERVATION I CANT REMEMBER IF I DID CHECKED BAGS OR CARRY ON AND IN LOOKING BACK, I CANT FIND THIS INFO ANYWHERE

Southwest does not charge for checked bags or carryons. So you could not make an election to check bags or have carryons when you made your reservation.

Nowhere - you just show up on your day of flight with what you want to bring - included will be two free checked bags and you are also allowed one carry on luggage item and one personal item.
