Yup it appears to be mostly on Boeing's inability to deliver planes.

For a VERY LONG TIME the rule has been that if you no show a flight, you forfeit the value of your ticket. It's the same for every airline.

Southwest would not let people book the flight if SW didn't think there's enough time to clear customs.

The one I saw on Amazon measures 17” W x 8” D x 10” H . SW says the max is 10” x 16” x 24”. So it is acceptable.
Are you sure you want something without wheels?

Arghhh I inadvertantly hit the solution button instead of the comment button , and I cant find a way to remove the solution -- sorry.
When you get your monthly statement, does the statement show that points are going to two RR accounts?
Since Southwest adds points to accounts at Chase's direction, the only way to fix this is to contact Chase.

I don't think there is a way for one Chase CC with one account number can result in points going into two different RR accounts.

Sorry, but I didn't see your post until now.
No one here can answer that question. Your best bet is to contact the airline. Either by phone or social media .Click on one of the social media platform icons below the words "Connect with us" lower on this page.

a statement that you have to make a payment of $X seems pretty clear.
This is my last post on the topic. You think it's predatory. I don't.
So be it.

There are numerous surveys which show that the vast majority of Southwest's customers prefer open seating. Plus, it is the fastest way to board everyone on a plane. Thatt save Southwest money (and you, too, in lower ticket costs) It isn'tgoing to change.
If you do not like it and it is a deal killer for you, then your should fly other airlines.

What did your girlfriend not understand when the page asked for credit/debit card details for PAYMENT?
I'm sorry she made a mistake in transferring points. It is almost always a bad deal, but she was asked to make a PAYMENT -that was clear..

I'm glad to hear that you have a great therapy dog.
Unless the dog provides aservice to you personally, it would not qualify as a service dog.If it does, perhaps you should try to get it a service dog designation..

To clarify, you the passenger make the decision about whether or not you need to pre board.
No airline employee may refuse your request.
So if you tell the gate agent you need to pre board, you will be allowed to pre board.

but if you are only paying the balance due you are paying an exhorbitant interest rate - far more than the points are worth.
If you carry a balance, you might be better off with a lower interest credit card.

You certainly have the right to fly with your service dog, and by your description of your situation you do need a service dog.

Since this is a customer frum, you won;t get an answer to your question here.
You could make the suggestion that the airline add the route. To do so click on "contact us" below and proceed.

There's nothing unclear about the process. The airline tells people that if they want to transfer points, they will have to pay a fee -- then the airline explains what the fee will be.
The only thing accurate about your post is the title because it really makes no sense at all to transfer points.

I suspect what you are are forgetting is that the discount applies only to the base fares. Price of a ticket is composed of base fare+TSA fee + other fees (typically imposed by airports).
So Southwest eats those other fees and you get a discount on the base fare only.

Why is the question.
Shortage of planes is the answer. Boeing is coming up well short on plane deliveries while plane retirements continue. So the airline is forced to make route decisions based on where it can fly to get the most revenue.
Hopefukly if Boeing steps up deliveries in 2025 (it is not clear that it will do so ), then maybe the route will return.

One gets one Rapd Rewards points for every dollar spent. Sometimes there are promotions that provide more points than that.
Each point is worth roughly 1.3 cents -- that may change in the future.

So just book her ticket with your (her) points.
