As long as your dashboard doesn't say 'Closed Complete', you are still in the running. Also, if they want to give you an interview, I think they'll have to send an email to at least schedule it. It's a pretty big online calendar with tons of options for you to chose from.

You'll get more emails about onboarding soon. It'll explain more about when to expect more info. In the email I received it said the latest you'll receive the info is the Thursday before your start date. That seems like cutting it close, but okay! The last one was in September 2021. I think you'd have to be a super insider to know when they'd announce the next one. The best thing to do is sign up for the alerts.

From what I've seen, some people have had a 5+ month process, and others, like me, will have a less than 2 month total process from applying to start date. As long as you don't see 'Closed Completed' on your dashboard, you are still in the running. Also, I didn't get any voice-mails; All info came via email. Hopefully you hear some good news soon!

All we can do is wait. Your start date will come! I got my start date, and it was scheduled for more than a month away! I'm finally less than 4 weeks away from my first day. 🙌

I think they may be a bit behind on hiring. I was told 4-6 weeks for background processing and it took a week. 😂 Then I was told 3-5 days for some paperwork to fill out, and it was 2 weeks. 😬
Also, as long as your dashboard doesn't say 'Closed', you are still in the green! Good luck and check that email often!

Ah! Waiting is the hard part. When I did my interview, my recruiter told me it would be 4-6 weeks before my background check was cleared. OMG! He said they were a bit behind. 😳 I can't tell you why mine went so quick though... I must've hit the sweet spot I guess. Let us know when you get another update!

The emails will come! Mine took about a week before I heard that I was in the clear. They are hiring like crazy so I'm sure they are running a little behind. I was told 2 weeks ago that my onboarding stuff would arrive in 3-5 days. Its not here yet lol. We are all playing the waiting game right now. 😄

I don't think there is anyway to fix it once its been submitted and you've secured the interview. I would suggest going with what you have and when they ask you, 'Tell me about yourself', that would be a great time to explain what kind of employee you want to be perceived as and explain the slight mix-up. During my interview, my recruiter mostly wanted to know more about me, and asked questions based on my past work experience. Sell yourself the best you can! Good luck!

For my virtual interview, I wore black leggings on the bottom, and a nice black top. My top didnt look like a tee-shirt. It was business casual from the waist up. Lol.
For training, in the pdfs that came with the onboarding info, it says business casual, so that's what I'll be wearing.

@Alex1231 No. They said I would recieve more info in 2-3 days but it's passed that. I've noticed that they aren't doing SIDA badge stuff more than about a week from your start date.

You know, this situation happened to me! I actually got the emails for my start date and tried to postpone it. I had noticed some people got options for dates, and I didn't. I mentioned I had a trip already planned, and that I wanted to extend my start date to a later time. My recruiter said that it wasn't possible at this time. Thankfully, everything is refundable. All you can really do is ask and wait for a response. It took about 2 days for my recruiter to get back to me.

I started gettting my onboarding emails this week and it says TOPS is resuming for start dates 2/28 and later. For ramp it specifically says 4 nights and leaving for Dallas on a Sunday. I hope this helps!

It seems like it'll be 7-10 days after you do prints and drug testing that you'll get an email about the employment process being complete. After I got that email, it was 2 days until I got an email about a start date. Hang in there! The time will come! 🙂
