Yes. There is a specific email for onboarding. It should be in the Equifax/I-9 email in blue letters near the bottom. If you havent received that, you can always email your recruiter and they can get you squared away. Like I said tho, the onboarding stuff is just a bunch of digital signatures, and doesn't talk about training, benefits, or anything cool. Lol.
I'm sure your station contact can help you too. I didnt reply to an email right away from my station contact, and my recruiter was the one that actually called me to get me back on track. Haha. Don't worry. You still have time for onboaring packet. It took me maybe 3 minutes to sign eveything. Even I am having to be patient. I am still waiting for info about what to do and where to be on Monday. 😬

On the dashboard, unfortunately not.
Also, I can't think of any other way to get emails back unless going through your email trash can and seeing if they are there. Gmail holds onto them for 30 days.

Good to know! I am so outdated on my SW booking regs. Lol.

I've always cancelled the original flight first, and then rebooked.
If the flight is oversold and they need to start booting, they usually go by whoever checks-in last, so try to get as close to that sweet spot (24 hrs before departure) as possible.

I had to send an email to get my onboarding packet. I wanted to wait until about the 2 week mark. Weirdly, the onboarding packet was not what I thought it would be. It's basically digitally signing all of the company rules and regulations. There is an employee handbook in there too. Skim through it and check out the PTO and flight benefits portion. 😉 My actual info for training hasn't arrived yet and I start Monday 4/4. Be patient, the info will come eventually (hopefully). If not, just shoot an email about it to onboarding with your full name and start date. I figured it would take a while but it didn't. They took care of me by the next day. And a lil heads up, they answer emails M-F. 😀 Good luck yall!

Be patient when waiting for a response, they are hiring a ton of people. There should be an email address at the bottom of the screening completion email. It will be in blue text. Congrats!

Employees do respond, but it's rare, and they don't respond to everyone. Your best bet is just to wait for a follow-up email from SW.

This is my updated hiring timeline post with info from start to finish. I'll be onsite soon! My process went very quickly and I've noticed that lately the process has been held up for a lot of people. This has been my experience with the hiring process.
2/3- Application submitted online at probably 1 a.m. (Night owl status)
2/3- In lieu of phone interview, filled out some screening forms.
2/3- Email to complete employment application.
2/7- Scheduled virtual interview. I took the first available date and time.
2/14- Virtual Interview with a recruiter. He was very nice and full of information. I only had 1 person interviewing me. Contingent Job Offer immediately after my interview. 😀
2/16- Email to complete employment screening within 48 hours. Scheduled both for the next day.
2/17- Fingerprinted and drug screened.
2/17- Email that Sterling is reporting my background information to SWA.
2/23- Employment screening is complete.
2/23- Email from SW that my start date is TBD.
2/25- Start date of 4/4. More than a 5+ weeks away!
2/28- Signed Official offer letter.
3/1-Email that Onboarding, New Hire Packet and First Day info will arrive in 3-5 days.
3/8- New Hire packet arrives via email.
3/22- Scheduled Airport and SW badge appointments.
4/4- First day onsite!
I hope this helps someone. The process requires patience and a positive attitude. I am so excited to start my career with Southwest! I have been trying to get into aviation for a few months after getting my Avionics Tech Certificate. Most airlines want years of experience that I don't have yet. Southwest offers apprenticeship programs and I am working on making it into maintenance and getting my A&P. I'm going to be an AMT or AET someday soon.
I hope all this info helps at least 1 person. Search older posts for even more insider info! This process requires patience and a good attitude. I will continue to help others when I can! Lord knows I would have been so lost in the process without the information on this forum. 🥴
I look forward to meeting some of y'all in Dallas or airside at TPA! 😉

By reading other hiring timeline posts, I've noticed that it varies. My recruiter originally told me it would be 4-6 weeks before I got a start date.

I don't think you can access it on your own. Maybe email onboarding and see if they can get you a copy? I was too excited to sign it that I didn't even think about saving a copy for myself.

You really will be okay. They wont ask about it. All that stuff is perfectly fine to bring through the checkpoint. Prescription meds are almost always good to go. The only time you run into any kind of issue is if you need ice packs. Other than that, you'll be fine. Don't worry. 😊

I was originally told that during my offer that it would be 4-6 weeks after my background check that I'd get my start date. It went a lot quicker than that, and I'll post an updated timeline for myself soon. I really think its taking a while because they are doing hiring events for pilots. There is a shortage and I'm sure that takes priority. Idk. I have my theories. Lol.

It makes me feel so healthy even though deep down I know it's really not even cranberry juice... and it's not even real sugar.

If you haven't received an email, and your app says 'Closed Complete', it usually means they've closed the position and its no longer available or they've decided to consider other candidates. Good luck and keep trying.

I was reading that you'll start with 20 hours of PTO but you wont start accumulating any more hours for quite a while. I believe it was about 2 months... Don't quote me on the timeline. If you have access to your onboarding paperwork, read through the employee guidelines. All the info about PTO is detailed there.

Other tips that weren't mentioned: You're allowed to bring ice packs to chill your insulin if it needs it, but it needs to be frozen solid by the time it hits the xray machine at the security checkpoint. If it isnt frozen solid and it needs to be discarded, don't panic. Most restaurants are willing to help you out with a ziploc bag and ice. There isn't a limit to the amount of sharps and insulin you are allowed to bring. Just let TSA know you have sharps if they need to look inside the bag. Also, make sure your water tanks on your CPAP are empty. It depends on the airport, but your CPAP may need to be X-rayed on it's own. Other than that, you should be good to go!
Here is the TSA website section that talks about medical stuff.
