Unfortunately, that usually means you won't be moving forward, but don't give up. You can always apply to different positions without worrying about the 1-year waiting period! Good luck!

I haven't read or heard of an instance where a start date was changed or revoked. Don't worry. It'll all work out.

You should be fine. I completed mine not too long before my start date, and it was totally cool. Don't worry so much! 😉 On the ramp, you'll quickly learn that you have to be flexible and go with whatever you're given. It is not a linear process at all. Lol. 🙃

I wouldn't even recommend looking at your dashboard at this point. It doesnt update anymore, and may even completely disappear. Don't worry. If you have your CJO, you *should* be good!

If you ghost or formally withdraw, you still have to wait the year to reapply. I would just wait until they contact you, then you will have a point of contact, and they can help you.

It should be the 5-10 days, but it could come sooner. Email onboarding or your recruiter if it's been longer than that. I actually never received my onboarding packet and had to email them to receive it. It will literally take you 15 minutes to take care of. It's just a lot of digital signatures, and full of all the handbooks related to you and your position. But make sure you look at the SW employee handbook that's a part of one of the documents you sign. It has all the information related to time off and travel goodies. 😉 I hope this helps!

I think you'll be okay. You're already doing the right thing by checking with your recruiter. If you don't get your first choice, at least you will have a back-up, and that's always a good thing. 👌

@ApplePair So, this is what I've found out. Between the armrests, down the aisle, you have 18.5 inches.
In the seats with both armrests in the down position, you have 16.5 inches. I think you'll be okay as long as the armrests stay up wherever you put baby.

For ramp, it was notes only. No other resources were allowed. It was all stuff we learned during OJT though. They want to make sure you know the proper way to do things. Don't worry. Your instructor will make sure you have all the tools you need, and they will set you up to pass with flying colors! 😉

Do your reserach about SW. A lot of the time they will ask what you know about SW, and why you want to work for them. Of course, you'll want to prep for your interview like a standard interview. They will ask scenario based interview questions, so you should have some situations already thought out. I prefer to use the STARS method for scenario questions. It keeps me from rambling and keeps my mind on track. Also, make sure you are ready for the age-old question, 'tell me about yourself'. I always use Google to find good examples to model my answer after, as my career progresses, that answer is constantly evolving. Be yourself and keep your eyes on the prize! Good luck. 😀

I don't think anyone here will have that info. Thats quite a specific question. I will say that internally, we may see things that the public does not. As for when postings are released, int v. ext, I have no idea.

They can visit. They technically aren't allowed to stay. The dollar amount depends on your job/union. You cannot use them for Lyft/Uber. It is not allowed, and the card will decline anyway. It is for food only.

You can withdraw easily from your dashboard or you can also contact your recruiter and let them know, too. Unfortunately, it is true that you will have to wait a year before reapplying and SW will not hold a grudge. I wish you all the best with your situation. 💙

Its constantly changing (for the better) and it may vary based on station, but base rate is $17.00. You get raise at 6 months, and then raises are yearly. I'm not sure how much it will all total out to. They'll tell you during training.

Continue to email your recruiter, if there truly is a mix-up, they will help you fix it. Check the bottom of all your emails, there may be people to contact. Send out as many emails as you can to all the different contacts you may have. Just keep waiting for their response. They will take care of you. Don't worry!

If you qualify, I believe the most you can get is 40%, if you pay for the extra coverage, I believe it's 60%. Send an email to the Benefits Center. They are pretty quick about responding.
