Hi @moedio,
There could be a number of reasons that you aren't seeing TSA PreCheck on on your boarding pass. I recommend reaching out to our Customer Relations Department so they can take a look at your Rapid Rewards Account and help troubleshoot the issue.
You can reach us through any of the options here.

Hi @agoodman,
Here are a couple steps to follow when booking a reservation to ensure that you get TSA PreCheck.
1) Verify that you are logged into your Rapid Rewards Account before you start booking your flight
2) Verify that your KTN has been entered and saved in your Rapid Rewards Account
If you forget to follow these steps, you can enter your KTN into your reservation after booking by clicking here.

Currently, there is not a way to reissue expired drink coupons. If they are not used by the expiration date, they are no longer valid.

Hi @onpar12345,
You must complete your travel by the expiration date on the voucher.
Thanks for posting your question in The Southwest Airlines Community! We look forward to welcoming you onboard soon.

Hi @l405585j,
When this occurs, it's because there is a difference in the taxes on the ticket. Our fare system is set up such that it is not more or less expensive to book roundtrip vs one-way. However, the taxes (which are outside of our control) will vary based on the kind of ticket you purchase.

It's really easy! Just book your own reservation first, and then pull it up in your Rapid Rewards Account. You will see the option to "Add Companion" to your reservation. You can also book Companion Pass Travel by calling 1-800-I-FLY-SWA.

Hi Pjmrch,
Could you put a little context around your question so the Community can better answer it? Just a few more details would be helpful. When you say "voucher," what exactly are you referring to, and what do you mean by "how is this categorized in a profile?"
Thanks!

Hi Prettypinkowl14,
If the bag is longer than 24 inches, it may not fit in the overhead bin. If the flight isn't too crowded, you might be able to put the bag in the overhead bin sideways, and that would work. You can always bring your bag through security to the gate area and give it a try. The Customer Service Agents or Flight Attendants will let you know if the bag is too large, and then it will be gate checked. If that happens, you'll just go and retrieve it from baggage claim once you land at your destination.
Thank you for stopping by the Southwest Airlines Community with your question!

Thanks for posting this question in the Southwest Airlines Community.
Hopefully there are a few people here who can share their experiences and tips for boarding with children.
We understand a parent traveling with a young child would not want his/her child to board alone. In this case, we ask that the parent and child board together during Family Boarding (between groups A and B) if at least one child is six years of age or younger. Children seven and older should be asked to board according to their boarding pass number, and the parent should wait to board with their child. Usually the Flight Attendants are able to solicit volunteers who will move seats to accommodate a traveling family. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our boarding process and to offer the best possible travel experience for our Customers, so we appreciate you sharing your story and your feedback.

Hi DSantee,
We never like to hear that we've disappointed you. We were pleased to be able to offer Customers the ability to pay for TSA PreCheck using Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards Points, but as you stated, individuals must still go through the appropriate processes and paperwork to qualify for TSA PreCheck.
Again, I apologize for any misunderstanding on this offering.

I'm so sorry that you all are continuing to face travel challenges today.
We're working through the lingering disruptions from Wednesday. As of 10:30 a.m. Central (CDT), we've canceled approximately 300 flights for Friday, primarily as a result of displaced flight Crews. Our technology systems have been fully restored and we'll continue to focus on getting you and your bags to your destinations safely.
Our Employees in airports, online, and on the phone are assisting a signifcant number of Customers and hold times are much longer than average.
We've extended our flexible travel accommodations for Customers who are holding booked travel Wednesday the 20th through Tuesday the 26th of July. If you are traveling today, it's a good idea to check your flight's status on Southwest.com and plan to arrive at the airport early.
Please accept our heartfelt apology for what's happened this week. We appreciate you, and we will continue our work to make this right.
