Hi You can get a refund on your credit card if you have purchased a ticket within 24hs and want to cancel. Your ticket is also refundable if you purchased a "Anytime Ticket" or "Bussiness select" Ticket. If you purchased a Wana Get Away ticket your credit will be in the name on that ticket and the experation date will be the date you purchased that ticket not the flight date.

Found this on SWA website. Free same-day standby is not available at Southwest kiosks. Please see a Customer Service Agent at the airport for this benefit. Free same-day standby will be provided for A-List and A-List Preferred Members traveling within two hours prior to their original flight departure time, between the same city pairs, on the original date of travel, where space is available. A-List and A-List Preferred Members traveling outside the two-hour free same-day standby window will still receive priority standby, but will be required to pay the difference in fare if a seat becomes available. In all scenarios flying standby will result in receiving a new boarding position for the new, earlier flight, if space is available. A-List Preferred Members will be prioritized ahead of A-List Members. If an A-List or A-List Preferred Member is traveling on a multiple-Passenger reservation, free same-day standby and priority standby will not be provided for non-A-List or non-A-List Preferred Members in the same reservation. For A-List and A-List Preferred Members who have also qualified for a Companion Pass, reserved boarding privileges and priority standby will not be provided to the Companion unless the Companion is also an A-List or A-List Preferred Member. A-List and A-List Preferred Members can still make confirmed same-day changes for another flight to their destination, if seats are available, and will only pay the difference in fare.

Hi A-List and A-List Preferred qualification will be based on a calendar year. Once A-List or A-List Preferred status is earned, the Member can begin enjoying the benefits immediately. The Member will maintain A-List or A-List Preferred status for the remainder of the calendar in which the status was earned and for the entire calendar year immediately following. To continue receiving A-List or A-List Preferred tier benefits, the Member must re-qualify each calendar year. The Member can only maintain one Rapid Rewards A-List Membership during a calendar year, regardless of how many flights (over 25 qualifying one-way flights) are taken or points (over 35,000 Tier Qualifying Points) are earned.

Hi Try one of these. when you arrival at the airport you need to inform a Southwest Airlines Agent or Skycap at your first point of contact, either at the Skycap podium or the ticket counter, if you need an airport wheelchair and/or assistance within the airport. I would suggest you park at a hotel close by and try to use the free shuttle or take a cab. You could also park in the long term lot at the airport and use the free shuttle. Good luck!

Hi Upon arrival at the airport, You should inform a Southwest Airlines Agent or Skycap at your first point of contact, either at the Skycap podium or the ticket counter, if you need an airport wheelchair and/or assistance within the airport. Priority preboarding is available for those who have a specific seating need to accommodate their disability, need assistance in boarding the aircraft, and/or who need to stow an assistive device. If a Customer has a disability and requires preboarding, the Customer should request a Preboarding Document from our Customer Service Agent at the departure gate. The Preboarding Document serves as notification to our Operations (Boarding) Agent that the Customer has a need to preboard. It's important to keep in mind that Customers who preboard may not occupy an exit seat. Customers with disabilities who have any other needs related to boarding should speak with our Customer Service Agent at the departure gate. Customers who need additional space to accommodate their disability may proactively purchase an additional seat to notify Southwest of their specific seating need so adequate seating onboard the aircraft can be ensured. Instructions for booking a second seat online can be found on our Customers of Size page. Customers may contact us for a refund of the cost of the additional seat after travel. If a Customer with a disability has concerns about the amount of space needed and does not wish to purchase an additional seat, the Customer should speak with the Customer Service Agent at the departure gate.
